• MS-102 is the only current page with a published retirement date. It is still bookable until November 30, 2026. After that, AB-650 is the path, but it is Associate-level, not a like-for-like Expert replacement.
• 62-193 is a legacy educator exam. It is not part of the role-based certification catalogue and should not be compared with AZ-900 or AZ-104.
• Do not buy a retired page because it is discounted. The code cannot be redeemed, the voucher is non-refundable, and Udemy's page remaining live does not make the exam bookable.

How to buy and redeem a Microsoft exam voucher

Udemy sells the code; Microsoft owns the certification and Pearson VUE delivers the exam. Buying and booking are two separate steps — do them in this order.

1. Confirm the exam is current. Check the code in the catalogue above and on Microsoft Learn. Retired exams cannot be booked, even if the Udemy page is live.
2. Choose voucher-only or + Retake Assurance. Decide before checkout. Retake Assurance cannot be added later, and it is not offered on every exam.
3. Pay on Udemy. A card or Udemy credits can be used; coupons do not apply to vouchers.
4. Copy the code from My learning → Certifications. Udemy also emails it, but your account is the source of truth. Keep the expiry date.

How Microsoft Retake Assurance works

Retake Assurance is Udemy's optional Microsoft retake add-on. It is available on select exams, not every voucher page. It must be bought with the original voucher, covers one extra attempt, and reuses the same voucher code.

2. Buy it with the original voucher. It cannot be added after checkout or after you fail.
